3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services or access membership content. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may access our free educational content with parental or guardian consent.

4. Purchasing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payments through the payment processors listed on our website (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or the processor integrated with Squarespace).

By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

5. Report Delivery and Turnaround

Written birth chart reports are delivered digitally (typically via email as a PDF) within 5-10 business days of receiving your complete and accurate birth information (date, time, and place of birth).

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. During high volume periods, delivery may take slightly longer. We will communicate any delays promptly.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate birth data. If incorrect information is submitted, a revised report may require an additional fee.

6. Birth Data and Privacy

To provide our services, we collect personal information including your name, email address, and birth details (date, time, and location of birth). We treat this information with care and confidentiality.

  • Your birth data is used solely for the purpose of generating your astrology report or providing personalized content.

  • We will never share, sell, or publish your personal birth data or chart without your explicit written consent.

  • If we wish to reference elements of your chart in educational content, case studies, or examples, we will always anonymize the information or seek your written permission first.

7. Refund Policy

Because our reports are custom, handcrafted digital products created specifically for you, all sales are generally final once the report has been delivered.

Before delivery: If your report has not yet been started, you may request a full refund by contacting us at contact@klaudyyastrologyy.com

After delivery: Refunds are not available for completed and delivered reports. If you are dissatisfied with your report, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Subscriptions: Recurring memberships (e.g., Patreon) can be cancelled at any time through the respective platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and across our platforms, including but not limited to written reports, articles, scripts, graphics, quizzes, social media posts, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Klaudyy Astrologyy and is protected by copyright law.

You may: Save, print, and share your personal report for your own private use.

You may not: Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any part of your report or our content without written permission. Screenshots of short excerpts shared on social media for personal, non commercial purposes (e.g., sharing a quote with credit) are welcome and appreciated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our content.
